These terms are intended to set clear expectations. They do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection, accessibility, civil-rights, or other laws.
2. Reservations
A reservation is not final until it is confirmed. Rates, taxes, fees, deposits, cancellation deadlines, occupancy limits, and other reservation-specific conditions shown during booking or in your confirmation are part of your reservation and control if they differ from this page. Please review them before booking.
3. Rates, availability, and corrections
Room types, rates, packages, amenities, and availability may change. We try to keep website information accurate, but typographical, technical, pricing, or availability errors may occur. If a material error affects a reservation, we may contact you to offer a correction, a reasonable alternative, or a refund, as appropriate and as required by law.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
The cancellation and no-show terms presented when you book or included in your confirmation apply to your stay. Contact the hotel promptly if you need to change or cancel a reservation. Refunds, credits, and charges are determined by the applicable reservation terms and law.
5. Guest responsibilities
Guests must follow applicable law and reasonable hotel rules, avoid disturbing other guests, and use rooms and hotel property responsibly. To the extent permitted by law, the registered guest is responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear, missing hotel property, and charges caused by the guest or the guest's visitors.
6. Rooms, amenities, and special requests
Room assignments, views, adjoining rooms, cribs, rollaway beds, accessibility features, and other special requests are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed. Amenities may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, safety needs, weather, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond the hotel's reasonable control.
7. Pets and service animals
Pets are permitted only under the hotel's posted pet policy and in designated pet-friendly rooms. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law. Please contact the hotel before arrival if you have questions about a pet, service animal, or accessibility need.
8. Personal property and parking
Guests are responsible for securing their vehicles and personal belongings. Mahabali Hotels LLC is responsible for loss, theft, or damage only to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahabali Hotels LLC disclaims implied warranties concerning the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from website use. 12. Events beyond reasonable control
The hotel may be unable to provide some services because of severe weather, emergencies, government actions, labor disruptions, utility or internet failures, or other events beyond its reasonable control. Any cancellation, alternative accommodation, refund, or other remedy will be handled under the applicable reservation terms and law.
13. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction, subject to any rights or venue rules that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and a new effective date. The reservation terms accepted when you book continue to govern that reservation. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
